We all dream of living a healthy, prosperous, and disease-free life but the question is, are we fulfilling this dream?
If your answer is no, then you are in the right place. In this journey I will share my own holistic lifestyle experience by explaining how our bodies can heal by themselves when provided with the right diet and lifestyle.
Hi, my name is Preet Khaira, I am the creator Holistic Health Lifestyle, and I would like to share my holistic health lifestyle journey with you all. I grew up in Punjab, India and moved to North America when I was 21-years-old. I got my nursing degree from Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia and I have been working in ER for the last 28 years.

Working in ER can teach you many things but one thing that got stuck to my brain was that all the complaints and chronic conditions people bring to ER are totally preventable, manageable, and reversable with diet and lifestyle. So then why don’t we practice this?
Long story short, I took a U-turn in my career and decided to work on prevention rather than treating symptoms of underlying chronic disease. I started school to become an ayurvedic practitioner while I was still working in the ER. Additionally, I started training through the Emory healthcare system and the institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) to become a Functional Medicine health and wellness coach to understand the strategies to change human behaviors.

I even went further to educate myself by taking another course from Integrative Nurse Coach Academy (INCA) called A Root Cause Approach to Health and Healing for Nurses. While I was learning ayurveda I found out about how our body has the capacity to heal itself if we provide the right tools to do it. The body has energy channels which keep us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually healthy. To learn more about this concept I decided to become a master reiki practitioner. Now with the help of all my education, experience, knowledge, and special training in health coaching I believe that I am ready to write you a diet and lifestyle prescription.
